- 🍄 2 packs oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Boil water and trim the stems of the oyster mushrooms, then separate them.
Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for 30 seconds, then rinse under cold water for 10 seconds. Drain thoroughly.
Squeeze out excess water from the mushrooms using your hands.
Mix minced garlic, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds with the mushrooms, gently tossing to combine.
