INGREDIENTI

  • Main Ingredients

    • 🎃 1 whole pumpkin
    • 360g smoked duck
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 1/2 paprika, diced
    • 🍄 1/3 bunch enoki mushrooms
    • 🧅 1 handful green onions
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 3 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

PASSI

1

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing garlic, rice wine, plum extract, chili powder, corn syrup, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil in a large bowl.

2

Marinate the smoked duck in the seasoning sauce for 20 minutes. If short on time, skip marination and cook directly.

3

Wash the pumpkin thoroughly and microwave it for 5 minutes, then another 3 minutes to soften.

4

Cut a lid-shaped opening on the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds. Alternatively, slice the pumpkin into manageable pieces for easier preparation.

5

Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated duck with sliced onion and diced paprika over medium heat.

6

Add enoki mushrooms and green onions to the pan once the vegetables are slightly cooked. Continue to stir-fry and reduce any excess liquid.

7

Place the cooked duck bulgogi in the center of the pumpkin and garnish with sesame seeds.
