INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 can sea snails
- 1 handful somen noodles
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 2 green chilies
Sea Snail Salad Seasoning
- 1/3 cup gochujang
- 🍬 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
Somen Noodle Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Slice cucumber, onion, bell peppers, and green chilies into bite-sized pieces. Substitute carrots for bell peppers if desired.
Drain the sea snail can and cut the snails into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, sugar, and vinegar in a 1:1:1 ratio to create the base seasoning. Adjust quantities proportionally if needed.
Add red pepper powder and minced garlic to the seasoning mixture and stir well.
Combine the sliced vegetables, sea snails, and seasoning in a bowl. Mix gently, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Boil somen noodles in hot water until cooked. Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Season the noodles with sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
Plate the sea snail salad and seasoned noodles together for serving.
