INGREDIENTI
- Seafood - 🦑 200g cleaned squid
 
- Vegetables - 🥬 1 stalk celery (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
- Oil - 2 tsp salad oil
 
- Spices - Pinch of sliced chili
 
- Seasonings - 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
 
PASSI
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it thinly at an angle. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and slice thinly.
Peel the squid and make shallow diagonal cuts on the surface. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add squid and stir-fry quickly over medium heat. Add celery and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasonings and mix briefly.
