    • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1/3 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 💧 2 tbsp water
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Mix 5 tbsp of mayonnaise with 200g of dried squid until evenly coated. This helps to soften the texture.

Turn off the heat and add 2 tbsp of water and 2 tbsp of sugar to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the pan.

Add 2 tbsp of oligosaccharide to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the pan.

Add 2 tbsp of gochujang to the pan.

Add 1/3 tbsp of chili powder to the pan.

Turn on the heat to medium and simmer the sauce for about 2 minutes while stirring.

Add the mayonnaise-coated dried squid to the sauce.

Mix the squid and sauce thoroughly, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
