- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, julienned
- 1/6 red bell pepper, julienned
Seasoning
- A small amount of oil

PASSI
Julienne the potato, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell pepper.
Soak the julienned potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
