INGREDIENTI

- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 1/2 pack pollock roe
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Peel the potatoes and julienne them. Slice the green onions thinly.
Make a slit in the pollock roe and scrape out the insides.
Soak the julienned potatoes in water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the julienned potatoes.
Once the potatoes turn golden, add the pollock roe and stir-fry until the potatoes are fully cooked.
