INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 800g pork shoulder or neck
 
Vegetables
- 1 handful water parsley
 - 🧅 2 small onions
 - 🥕 A small amount of carrot
 - 1 red bell pepper
 - 2 stalks green onion
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
PASSI
Wash and prepare all vegetables. Cut water parsley into 4–5 cm pieces, onions, green onions, carrots, and red bell pepper into 1 cm slices.
Heat a frying pan and add pork along with 3 tbsp minced garlic. Stir-fry until the pork is lightly browned.
Add 2 tbsp mirin to the pan and continue stir-frying until the pork is fully cooked.
Turn off the heat and mix in 2 tbsp gochujang and 2 tbsp oyster sauce. Stir well to coat the pork evenly.
Turn the heat back on to medium-high and add all prepared vegetables. Stir-fry quickly to retain their crunch.
Add 2 tbsp corn syrup and stir-fry again until the dish is glossy and well-mixed.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Turn off the heat and serve.
