INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms, quartered
 - 🧅 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
 - 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
 
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
 
PASSI
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters and slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sake, soy sauce, and yuzu kosho to make the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and green onion to the pan, and stir-fry until they develop a golden color.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
