INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 200g chopped cabbage
 - 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g), sliced
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp miso
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the king oyster mushrooms into 7mm thin diagonal slices.
Mix all the seasonings (miso, mayonnaise, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the mushrooms and cabbage, stir-fry until coated with oil, then cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Once the cabbage softens, add the mixed seasonings and stir-fry everything together until evenly coated.
