- 3 sheets fish cake
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the fish cake into 1 cm strips and slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a deep pan and stir-fry the cabbage with minced garlic.
Add the fish cake and stir-fry together until evenly cooked.
Add soy sauce and oligosaccharide, then stir quickly to coat evenly.
Add sliced green and red chilies along with sesame seeds, mix well, and serve.
