INGREDIENTI

- 🐖 1kg ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍶 300g tofu
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 100g chives
Seasonings
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tsp roasted salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Prepare the ground pork by patting it dry with a paper towel.
Finely chop the carrot, onion, and chives. Alternatively, use a food processor.
Mix all seasonings in a bowl until well combined.
Combine the ground pork, chopped vegetables, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Blanch the tofu, squeeze out excess water, and mash it before adding to the mixture.
Shape the mixture into round patties.
Steam the patties in a steamer for 8 minutes.
Store the patties in an airtight container for freezing or immediate use.
