- 🥬 200g spinach
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🧂 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
PASSI
Trim the roots of the spinach and wash thoroughly until no dirt remains. Drain in a colander and prepare boiling water.
Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water. Once the water is boiling vigorously, add the spinach, flip once, and blanch for about 15 seconds. Quickly rinse in cold water and squeeze out the excess water.
Place the squeezed spinach in a mixing bowl and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of seasoned salt evenly over the spinach.
Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp ground sesame, and 1 tbsp perilla oil. Mix thoroughly to combine.
