INGREDIENTI

- 🐚 500g fresh clams
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Clean the clams thoroughly and soak them in salted water for 30 minutes to remove sand.
Boil the clams in a pot of water until they open, then remove from heat and let cool.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the onion, julienning the carrot, and chopping the green onion.
In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Mix the boiled clams and prepared vegetables with the dressing until evenly coated.
Serve the clam salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
