INGREDIENTI

- 🦑 2 squids
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 2 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Clean the squid thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan, add olive oil, and stir-fry the squid. Add 1 tbsp chili powder and stir-fry to reduce excess moisture.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir-fry.
Add 2 tbsp gochujang and stir-fry until well combined.
Add all prepared vegetables and stir-fry together.
Add another 1 tbsp chili powder and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Stir-fry to finish.
