- 2 green chili peppers, sliced

Clean the squid under running water and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the green onion and heat cooking oil in a pan. Add the green onion to make green onion oil.
Mix minced garlic, gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and red chili powder to create the stir-fry sauce.
Stir-fry the sauce on high heat until aromatic.
Add the sliced squid and green chili peppers to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add a splash of water and simmer briefly until the sauce thickens and coats the squid.
