INGREDIENTI
- Seafood - 🦑 2 whole squids
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 handfuls of cabbage
- A suitable amount of green onion
- 2-3 green chilies
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
 
PASSI
Prepare the squid by slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the vegetables: cabbage, onion, green onion, and green chilies.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the squid.
Add cabbage and onion to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and mix well.
Add green onion and green chilies, stir-fry briefly, and serve.
