INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 300g pork cartilage
- 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 3 chili peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
PASSI
Prepare the pork cartilage and pork belly.
Slice the onion into appropriate sizes.
Slice the green onion and chili peppers.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, and corn syrup to create the sauce.
Heat a frying pan, add sugar and sesame oil, and cook until smoke appears.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry for 15 seconds.
Add the onion and stir-fry for another 15 seconds.
Add the pork cartilage and pork belly, cooking until halfway done.
Add the sauce and stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked.
Add the chili peppers and stir-fry briefly before serving.
