INGREDIENTI

- 100g garlic scapes, cut into finger-length pieces

- 150g rectangular fish cakes, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASSI
Cut garlic scapes into finger-length pieces and rinse them under running water. Drain well.
Slice rectangular fish cakes into thin strips matching the length and thickness of the garlic scapes.
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, cooking wine, sugar, and water to create the sauce. Optionally, add finely chopped chili peppers for extra spice.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add cooking oil. Stir-fry garlic scapes, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt for about 1 minute.
Add the prepared sauce and fish cakes to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the fish cakes absorb the flavors.
Add corn syrup and stir lightly to enhance the gloss and sweetness. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
