INGREDIENTI
- Vegetables - 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥔 2 potatoes
 
- Oil - 1 tsp sesame oil
 
- Meat - 100g ground pork
 
- Condiments - 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
- Garnish - 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Seasoning Mix - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 150ml water
 
- Thickener - 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
 
PASSI
Tear the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until crumbly. Add doubanjiang and grated ginger, then stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and potatoes, and stir-fry until the edges of the potatoes become translucent.
Add the seasoning mix (sake, mirin, sugar, water), cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix well, then stir in the potato starch slurry to thicken. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
