    • 600ml anchovy stock
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
    • 1 red chili, sliced
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp shrimp paste
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil

Cut the tofu into medium-sized pieces and set aside.

Slice the onion, green onion, and red chili.

Prepare 600ml of anchovy stock. Bring it to a boil and reduce slightly.

Add tofu and onion to the stock, then season with shrimp paste, garlic, chili powder, and soy sauce. Let it simmer.

Once boiling, add green onion, red chili, and perilla oil. Simmer briefly before serving.
