    • 🥕 1/2 carrot
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 🧅 1/2 green onion
    • 2 chili peppers

  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/3 tbsp ginger powder
    • 🧅 1 tbsp minced onion
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 2 tbsp mirin

Wash the pumpkin thoroughly and steam it for about 10 minutes. Cut off the top and scoop out the insides.

Slice the carrot and onion thinly, cut the green onion and chili peppers diagonally, and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all seasoning ingredients, including mirin, to create the sauce.

Combine the prepared vegetables and smoked duck with the sauce, then stir-fry them in a heated pan with cooking oil.

Fill the partially cooked pumpkin with the stir-fried duck mixture, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve the spicy duck and pumpkin stew warm.
