INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 large onion
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 100ml water
PASSI
Prepare the vegetables: slice the onion into large pieces, cut the green onion into 4cm lengths, and chop a small amount of carrot for color.
Start by stir-frying the pork until the surface is no longer red.
Add green onion and stir-fry, then add sugar to enhance the flavor.
Add the prepared vegetables and continue stir-frying.
Add all the seasonings and mix well. Add 100ml of water to prevent the pork from drying out.
Cook until the vegetables are softened and the flavors are well combined.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil for enhanced flavor.
