INGREDIENTI
Soup Ingredients
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🍄 1/2 pack mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1.5L water
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 Green onion to taste
- 2 tbsp seasoning sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients and wash them thoroughly.
Slice the potatoes into thick strips.
Slice the onion into thick strips.
Tear the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Add potatoes and onions to a pot with 1.5L of water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the mushrooms.
Slice the chili peppers and add them to the pot for spiciness.
Add 2 tbsp of seasoning sauce.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them into the soup.
Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
Season with 1/3 tbsp of salt to taste.
Add chopped green onions and simmer briefly.
Serve the soup in bowls and pair with freshly cooked rice.
