INGREDIENTI
- Meat - 🐖 300g minced pork
 
- Vegetables - 🍠 1 diced sweet potato
- 🧅 1/2 diced onion
- 🥕 1/2 diced carrot
 
- Sauce - 1 pack of jajang sauce
 
- Thickener - 2 tbsp cornstarch
 
- Liquid - 300ml rice water
 
- Egg - 🥚 1 egg
 
- Staple - 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
 
PASSI
Prepare 300g of minced pork.
Dice sweet potato, onion, and carrot into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sweet potato until slightly softened.
Add diced onion and carrot to the pan and cook until the onion turns translucent.
Pour 300ml of rice water into the pan and bring to a gentle boil.
Add jajang sauce gradually, stirring to combine.
Simmer the mixture on low heat until the sweet potato is tender.
Mix cornstarch with water in a 1:1 ratio and add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Prepare a fried egg by cooking it in a pan until crispy edges form.
Serve cooked rice on a plate, top with jajang sauce, and place the fried egg on top.
