INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can spam
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧄 5-6 cloves garlic, sliced
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Parsley flakes, as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp water
PASSI
Slice garlic and onion, and dice spam into 1cm cubes.
Pan-fry spam until crispy and golden brown.
Heat oil, add eggs, and scramble them by stirring in zigzag motions.
Sauté onion until soft, then add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and water. Cook briefly.
Plate rice and top with sautéed onion mixture.
Arrange scrambled eggs around the edges of the plate.
Add crispy spam on top of the rice.
Drizzle mayonnaise and sprinkle parsley flakes to finish.
