- 200g spam
 - 🥚 3 eggs
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
 - 3 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 2 tbsp water
 
PASSI
Cut spam into bite-sized pieces and slice onion thinly.
Pan-fry spam until golden and crispy.
Scramble eggs lightly in the same pan. Optionally, add milk for creaminess.
Add a little oil to the pan and sauté onions until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and water to the onions and simmer until reduced.
Prepare a bowl by layering rice, onion mixture, scrambled eggs, and spam.
Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle seaweed flakes.
