INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 can spam, diced
 - 1 bowl of aged kimchi, chopped
 - 🍚 2.5 cups cooked rice
 
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Toppings
- 1 handful of seaweed flakes
 
PASSI
Dice 1/2 can of spam and chop 1 bowl of aged kimchi into small pieces using scissors.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the spam and kimchi together.
Push the kimchi and spam to one side of the pan. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the empty side, let it simmer briefly, then mix it with the kimchi and spam.
Add 1 handful of seaweed flakes and mix well before adding the rice.
Add 2.5 cups of cooked rice and stir well. Turn off the heat temporarily if needed.
Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and mix thoroughly over low heat. This makes the fried rice creamy and flavorful.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkling 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Optional: Press the rice lightly in the pan for a crispy texture, and top with a fried egg or melted cheese for extra flavor.
