    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • Pinch of black pepper

Slice the onion thickly, chop the green onion, and cut the perilla leaves into large pieces.
