INGREDIENTI
- Meat - 🐖 600g pork shoulder
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
 
PASSI
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the onion and chopping the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the pork with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Add the prepared vegetables to the bowl and mix well to coat everything evenly.
