INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g chicken tenderloin
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1 pinch black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 0.5 tbsp butter
- 🥛 Enough milk to soak chicken
Sauce
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp oligo syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
PASSI
Place chicken tenderloin in a bowl, pour milk over it, and let it soak for 20 minutes to remove any odor.
Discard the milk and rinse the chicken with water.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with black pepper.
Place chicken and potato starch in a plastic bag, then shake to coat evenly.
Heat a pan, add minced garlic and butter, then add the chicken. Cook until 80% done.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, oligo syrup, and cooking wine to make the sauce. Pour it over the chicken and simmer on medium heat until the sauce is reduced.
Serve the soy sauce grilled chicken tenderloin. Optionally, garnish with garlic flakes or sesame seeds.
