PASSI
Cream softened butter and gradually mix in sugar. Once combined, add syrup and mix well.
Gradually add room-temperature egg and mix thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients twice and fold into the batter using a spatula.
Add room-temperature milk and mix until the batter is smooth. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
