INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 2 servings of glass noodles
- 2 green peppers
- 🧅 1/2 large onion
- 2 sheets of fish cake
Seasoning
- 5-6 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice the onion into thin strips.
Slice the carrot into thin strips.
Remove stems and seeds from green peppers, then slice thinly.
Slice the fish cakes into thin strips.
Soak the glass noodles in water and boil for 3 minutes.
Drain the boiled noodles and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and carrot.
Add fish cakes to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add the boiled noodles and seasoning mixture to the pan.
Drizzle sesame oil and add sliced green peppers. Mix to combine.
