INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Protein
- 🌭 2 sausages
Seasoning
- 🧄 2 cubes minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Peel and wash the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
Dice the prepared vegetables into small pieces.
Heat a frying pan and add 2 cubes of minced garlic.
Add diced potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown.
Once the potatoes are golden, add diced onion and carrot. Season with salt to taste.
Add diced sausages and stir-fry until everything is well cooked.
