- 🍄 1/2 pack oyster mushrooms
Condiments
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSI
Wash the oyster mushrooms under running water and trim the stems.
Boil water with a pinch of salt and blanch the oyster mushrooms.
Rinse the blanched mushrooms under cold water.
Squeeze the mushrooms by hand to remove excess water.
Add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil to the mushrooms.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of perilla seed powder.
Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and mix well.
Massage the mixture gently with your hands to combine the flavors.
Plate the salad neatly and serve.
