INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 200g ground pork
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp fermented soybean paste
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 200ml water
- a small amount of green chili
- a pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Prepare 200g ground pork, 300g tofu, and 1/2 green onion.
Slice the green onion and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the green onion to make scallion oil.
Add the ground pork to the wok and stir-fry until cooked.
Add 2 tbsp chili powder and stir-fry further.
Pour 200ml water into the wok and bring it to a boil.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp fermented soybean paste, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Add the tofu and gently stir to coat it with the sauce.
Add green chili and sprinkle black pepper to taste.
Serve the Mapo Tofu over rice and enjoy.
