    • 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine

Cut the lettuce into 2-3 cm pieces. Slice the chili pepper and onion thinly.

Prepare the sauce by mixing red pepper powder, soy sauce, fermented shrimp, minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, and cooking wine.

Add half of the sauce to the lettuce and gently mix. Adjust the seasoning by adding more sauce if needed.
