INGREDIENTI
- Rice - 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
 
- Protein - Adequate amount of Spam
- 🥚 1 egg
 
- Vegetables - Adequate amount of kimchi
 
- Seasoning - Adequate amount of anchovies
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
 
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients: rice, Spam, anchovies, kimchi, egg, sugar, and corn syrup.
Pan-fry the anchovies on medium heat until golden and crispy, removing moisture.
Add sugar and corn syrup to the fried anchovies and mix evenly on low heat.
Set the cooked anchovies aside to cool.
Cut Spam into bite-sized pieces.
Pan-fry Spam until golden brown.
Chop kimchi into small pieces.
Stir-fry kimchi with a bit of oil and sugar, adding water if it starts to burn.
Layer the rice, Spam, stir-fried kimchi, and anchovies in a lunchbox, then top with a fried egg.
