- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 2 tbsp tempura flour
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp minced green chili
- 2 tbsp minced red chili
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Prepare the eggplants by washing them.
Cut the eggplants in half, then slice them into flat pieces.
Coat the eggplant slices with tempura flour.
Finely mince onion, green onion, green chili, and red chili.
Mix the minced vegetables with soy sauce, plum extract, fish sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Heat cooking oil and perilla oil in a pan until hot.
Add the eggplant slices to the pan and cook thoroughly.
Flip the eggplants once they turn golden brown.
Place the cooked eggplants on a serving plate.
Top the eggplants with the prepared sauce.
