INGREDIENTI
- Vegetables - 🌽 1 corn cob
- 🧅 1/4 onion
 
- Dairy - 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🥛 1.5 cups milk
 
PASSI
Soak 1/4 onion in cold water and prepare 1 corn cob.
Cut the corn kernels off the cob and roughly chop the onion.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the corn kernels and another 1/2 tbsp butter, then sauté lightly.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend with 1.5 cups milk until smooth.
Reheat the soup gently before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat as needed.
