INGREDIENTI
- Seafood - 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥬 1/4 bunch spinach
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red paprika, cut into heart shapes
 
- Dairy - 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
 
- Staples - 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 100ml water
 
PASSI
Marinate peeled shrimp with sake, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Slice the onion thinly and cut spinach into manageable lengths.
Thinly slice the carrot and cut into heart shapes. Do the same for red paprika. Microwave heart-shaped carrots for 1 minute at 600W.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, then sauté the onion until softened.
Add shrimp and cook until it turns white. Then add minced carrot and paprika, sauté briefly.
Add flour and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add water, milk, salt, and pepper while stirring.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook briefly.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with heart-shaped carrots and paprika.
