INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 bowl of dried seaweed
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Soak the dried seaweed in water for 15 minutes.
Prepare 1/2 onion and 1 chili pepper. Optionally soak the onion in cold water for 10 minutes to reduce its sharpness.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, vinegar, sugar, plum extract, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Blanch the soaked seaweed in boiling water for 30 seconds with a pinch of salt.
Rinse the blanched seaweed in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the seaweed, onion, and chili pepper in a bowl.
Add the seasoning sauce and toss quickly to coat evenly.
