INGREDIENTI
- Seaweed - 5g seaweed mix
 
- Beans - 50g mixed beans
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
 
- Condiments - 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
 
PASSI
Soak the seaweed mix in water according to package instructions, then drain.
Mince the onion and rub with a pinch of salt, then soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Mix ponzu sauce, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Combine the seaweed mix, mixed beans, and shiso leaves with the dressing and mix well.
