INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Protein
- 2 cups sausage
- 🥚 3 eggs
Staple
- 🍚 2 servings cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSI
Prepare all the ingredients.
Chop the green onion.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the green onion.
Add the sausage to the pan.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Push the cooked ingredients to one side of the pan and add a bit of oil to the empty side.
Crack the eggs into the oiled side of the pan.
Once the eggs are partially cooked, mix them with the other ingredients.
Add the cooked rice to the pan.
Add the seasoning (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and salt).
Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
