INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 300g chicken tenderloin
 - 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 2 tbsp potato starch
 - 5 tbsp vegetable oil
 
Seasoning
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
PASSI
Cut the chicken tenderloins in half lengthwise.
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients (egg, sake, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper) in a plastic bag. Massage well, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Mix flour and potato starch in a tray. Remove chicken from the bag and coat evenly with the mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken and fry for about 2 minutes without touching.
Once the coating firms up, roll the chicken pieces to cook evenly until golden brown and fully cooked.
