- 🍋 1 lemon, sliced

- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of basil powder
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 🧄 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced onion
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Slice the onion and lemon. Trim the asparagus and peel the stems using a peeler.
Lay out parchment paper and arrange asparagus, onion, and salmon in order.
Season the salmon with white wine, salt, pepper, basil powder, and drizzle olive oil.
Place lemon slices and rosemary sprigs on top, then wrap the parchment paper tightly.
Bake in a direct-heat oven for 20–30 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients together to prepare the sauce.
Serve the baked salmon on a plate and pair with the prepared sauce.
