INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Marinade
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Thinly slice the onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper.
In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper). Add the sliced vegetables and toss gently. Let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Just before serving, add the salmon and parsley to the marinated vegetables and toss gently.
