INGREDIENTI
- Main Ingredients - 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt

Cut the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise and rinse under running water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Place 1/2 cup of pancake mix into a plastic bag, add the mushrooms, and shake vigorously to coat them evenly.
Shake off excess pancake mix inside the bag and remove the mushrooms.
