    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
    • 80g ham
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot
    • 1/3 zucchini
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 1/2 stalk green onion
    • 🥚 3 eggs

    • 2 sheets seaweed
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan.

Add 1/2 stalk green onion to the oil and stir to make green onion oil.

Add 80g ham, 1/3 carrot, 1/3 zucchini, and 1/2 onion to the pan and stir-fry until 50% cooked.

Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and stir-fry with the vegetables.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry until evenly mixed.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt.

Lightly grease a pan with vegetable oil and wipe with a paper towel.

Pour 3/4 of the beaten eggs into the pan and cook on low heat.

Flip the egg when 80% cooked and let the residual heat cook the other side.

Place the cooked egg into a small bowl or rice mold.

Fill the egg with the prepared fried rice and press firmly.

Trim the edges of the egg and fold them inward.

Cut seaweed to create Ryan's eyebrows and eyes, and place them on the egg.

Cut cheese into circles for Ryan's whiskers and place them on the egg.

Cut seaweed for Ryan's nose and place it above the whiskers.

Use the reserved 1/4 egg to create Ryan's ears and attach them.
