INGREDIENTI

- 🥚 1 egg
- A small amount of red/yellow paprika

- 🦀 1 crab stick
- 🌭 1 Vienna sausage
- 🧀 An appropriate amount of pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
PASSI
Chop the sausage, paprika, and onion. Heat them in a pan over low heat until the vegetables soften slightly. Avoid using oil as the vegetables release moisture naturally.
In a bowl, mix a small serving of rice with 1 egg until well combined.
Heat a pan with oil and flatten the rice mixture into a round, thin shape. Cook both sides until golden brown.
